Newcastle Permanent Lismore Branch Lending Manager, Andrew Virtue, joined Club President, Kevin Franey and a gathering of players prior to Saturday’s Men’s Premier Division match to congratulate Jeff on becoming the recipient of the Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month Award.

Virtue said, “Newcastle Permanent’s Community Football partnership provides opportunities to recognise volunteers who give back so much to their clubs and communities. It is great to see a local being recognised for their ongoing commitment,”.

Also recognised on Saturday was the contribution of Jeff’s wife Wendy, who has done so alot at the club and valued club supporter Gwenda Marshall was presented a bouquet of flowers for her years of support.
