Football Far North Coast makes it known that the 2024 Newcastle Permanent Finals Series (for both junior competitions and senior leagues) will proceed as a four-teams finals series, consisting of respective semi-finals split over two weekends and proceeding to grand finals to be played, also over two weekends.
Junior semi-finals will be scheduled across two separate weekends being 23/24/25 August with the balance of junior competition semi-finals scheduled for 30/31 August and 1st September.
Senior Leagues semi-finals will also be scheduled across two separate weekends being 6/7/8 September and 13/14/15 September.
The format of the respective four-teams finals series is shown below:
• Week 1:
o Match A (semi-final): 1 v 4
o Match B (semi-final): 2 v 3
• Week 2:
o Match C (grand final): Winner Match A v Winner Match B
