Football Far North Coast extends a sincere THANKS to the football and broader community for its understanding, resilience and commitment to ensure that the game prevailed this year despite the challenges presented in the face of persistent adverse weather conditions.
Season 2025 saw more than 9300 registered participants (being 7987 players, 603 team officials, 590 volunteers and 132 match officials) across 25 clubs.
The final weekend of the Newcastle Permanent Grand Finals Series was held last weekend and officially concludes the Winter Pointscore season for season 2025. Football Far North Coast congratulates all players who were fortunate enough to participate in one of the 28 grand finals that were contested in 2025 and we also acknowledge the efforts of the team officials for each respective team.
Football Far North Coast is very aware of its obligations to provide appropriate support to the region’s most significant teams participation sport and is committed to working collaboratively with every stakeholder to continue to progress the game locally.
Season 2026 is now the focus and we hope that everyone can return motivated to make next season a time that enables us to move forward with purpose.
