Al Jessop from Pottsville Beach FC has been announced as Football Far North Coast’s Newcastle Permanent Community Coach of the Month for July 2016.
Al is the extremely dedicated coach of Pottsville’s Grade 10 Miniroos team and also the Women’s Division 2 side.
Al is described by his club as a “gentle and encouraging” coach who is an absolute asset to the club. He always offers pre-season training to the entire age group and throughout the season he plans his sessions thoroughly, which is appreciated by all involved.
Nothing is ever a problem for Al and Pottsville Beach FC acknowledge they are very fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable and generous as a coach.
