ANZAC Day Cup and Callan McMillan Draw Released

The fixtures for the 2020 Tursa Employment and Training ANZAC Day Cup and Callan McMillan Memorial Shield competitions have been released by FFNC.

Thirty-eight teams will play in the 2020 pre-season competition scheduled over three weekends in March, with the first round of fixtures for each competition set to kick-off on the weekend of 28th February and 1st March.

The 71st edition of the Tursa Employment and Training ANZAC Day Cup Men’s Premier League sees defending champions Bangalow SC face Goonellabah FC at Weston Park in their opening fixture, whilst Men’s Premier Pointscore champions, South Lismore Celtic FC open their campaign at home against Maclean FC, who return to FFNC competition this season after a nearly 20 year absence.  Pool A action will see Lismore Thistles SC host Lismore Richmond Rovers in an East Lismore derby, whilst Byron Bay FC take on Alstonville FC at home.

The Tursa Employment and Training Callan McMillan Memorial Shield ‘A’ Division will see familiar rivals Alstonville FC and Lismore Thistles SC joined by Byron Bay FC in what is set to be a tightly contested competition.
