The respective draws for the Tursa Employment & Training ANZAC Day Cup and Callan McMillan Memorial Shield have been published to the FFNC website with 54 teams contesting five ANZAC Day Cup Competitions (Premier League, Open A, Open B, Open C and Grade 16 Mixed) and two Callan McMillan Memorial Shield Competitions (‘A’ Division and ‘B’ Division).
Tursa Employment and Training continue their strategic alignment with Football Far North Coast as naming right sponsors of these pre-season competitions that kick-off on Friday 24th and Sunday 26th February. A proud history is synonymous with the ANZAC Day Cup Premier League competition that was first contested in 1950 when Methodist United took the honours. Similarly, the Callan McMillan ‘A’ Division Shield dates back 45 years to 1978 when a team from Macquarie were recorded as winners of the shield.
We wish all players and match officials an enjoyable start to season 2023 and look forward to some fantastic football in these pre-season competitions.
Fixtures for each competition can be found here.
