As we look forward to season 2022 with renewed enthusiasm for a bumper year of football activity, as well as the Men’s World Cup in Qatar, Football Far North Coast wish to say thank you to everyone who has made such a wonderful contribution to community football in 2021.
To the Club Volunteers who give so much of their time to ensure that the huge number of games can be played each week in Football Far North Coast, we thank you again for your efforts to overcome the obstacles that Covid-19 continued to challenge us with. We hope that you take this Christmas and New Year break to spend time with your families and reflect on the positives that being a volunteer has to offer. We look forward to working with returning club volunteers next season and wish all the best to those who are taking a well-deserved break.
To the players, team officials, and match officials, thank you again for your concerted efforts to comply with Covid-19 protocols and for participating this season. Despite the season having to end just short of the highly anticipated semi-finals, we hope that it was still an enjoyable season and we look forward to seeing participants return refreshed and ready for a bigger and better season in 2022.
Thanks also to our valued Strategic Partners and Stakeholders, particularly Newcastle Permanent and Tursa Employment & Training, who all contribute to community football.
The FFNC office will be closed from Monday 13th December and will re-open on Monday 17th January 2022, although emails to the General Manager will be viewed periodically and urgent phone calls answered on 0438 215 593.
We remind member clubs that player registrations will formally open on 1st February 2022.
Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all in season 2022.
