Northern NSW Football’s (NNSWF) FFA Cup State Qualifiers (Round 6) fixtures have been confirmed following a LIVE Draw on Facebook featuring the last eight (8) teams, including six (6) from the Southern Conference, and two (2) from the Northern.
One of those matches is set to be a colossal battle between former Round of 32 participants, Broadmeadow Magic and Edgeworth Eagles, who are both sitting 1st and 2nd in the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Northern NSW competition, which means a team who has never competed on the national stage is guaranteed to progress.
NEWFM Northern League One club Kahibah FC will be facing NPL NNSW team Valentine Phoenix, while in the two cross-conference matches, Football Far North Coast’s Bangalow Bluedogs SC will take on Hamilton Olympic, while North Coast Football club Boambee Bombers will meet Maitland FC.
These Round 6 matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday 8 June, with the succeeding round to be played in the days after depending on the winners.
From each of the matches played during the State Qualifiers, NNSWF’s Major Partner in Education and Training, TAFE NSW will identify a TAFE NSW ‘Game Changer’ – Player of the Match.
Details of each match are set to be confirmed.
