Overview of the steps to gain accreditation.
- An individual candidate completes the basis online Laws of the Game modules.
- The candidate then completes further more comprehensive online modules (Payment of $33 made to FA to gain access to modules);
- The candidate completes a practical session (Payment of $150 made to NNSWF to register for the practical session);
- Match Officials register with Football Far North Coast when their accreditation is confirmed;
- Match Officials are appointed to appropriate level fixtures in 2026.

Note that FFNC will reimburse the $183 cost of the course back to accredited match officials after they officiate ten (10) fixtures in 2026
