Football will kick-off this weekend (29/30th April and 1st May) for players of all ages across MiniRoos, junior competitions and senior leagues.
Nearly 350 MiniRoos teams will eagerly take to the field on Saturday morning with entry level players (ages 5, 6, 7) also excited by the recent delivery of more than 1100 footballs that were provided by Newcastle Permanent through their long-term partnership with Northern NSW Football. They will be joined by over 200 junior competition and senior leagues teams across fixtures that will also include games on Friday night and Sunday.
The task of working through the draw continues with Round 2 fixtures posted today. It can be anticipated that Rounds 3 – 6 (fixtures up to and including the weekend of 3/4/5 June) will be published by COB Friday 6th May. We remind players, parents and coaches that the draw may look a little different in season 2022 due to the unavailability of more than 20 fields across the region and we ask for patience in navigating this difficult time.
We encourage all participants to refer to the draw that is published to the FFNC website on a weekly basis to ensure they remain up-to-date with their respective fixtures.
