Invite: 2020 rebel Female Football Week Networking Event

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) invites you to attend its rebel Female Football Week Networking Event at the Broadmeadow Magic and Thornton Redbacks Herald Women’s Premier League (WPL) clash at Magic Park on Friday 13 March 2020.

Join us in celebrating the accomplishments and contributions of women in football and volunteers who dedicate hours of service to growing and improving the women and girls’ game.

The night will play host to three inspiring guest speakers and see the announcement of the 2020 NNSWF rebel Female Football Week Award winners who will go on to be nominated for the 2020 rebel Female Football Week National Awards. Awards are presented in the following categories:

  • Female Player of the Year
  • Female Coach of the Year
  • Female Administrator of the Year
  • Female Referee of the Year
  • Male Champion of the Year

Officialities will end at half-time, however guests are encouraged to stay for the remainder of the match.


SPEAKERS INCLUDE: 

Melina Carbis- – Inspirational Speaker and Author.

Melinda has over 20 years’ experience working in the health movement, in which Redhead Wellness Sanctuary is her brainchild and the hub for most of her work. Melinda has also published two books: The Natural Path and Diggin’ Your Dark Side, and a recipe eBook; The Happy Diet, with the intention of sharing the message of self-healing and hope through natural and powerful approaches to well-being.

Bree Stedman – Female Head Talk Expert.

Bree has worked with women in a leadership, mentoring, transformation and education role for over 14 years. ‘Her Own Your BS’ brand is a no-nonsense approach to inspire, educate and empower and features an International Best-Selling Book, Podcast and Online Program.

Jo Fernandes – Strategic Projects Manager, Football NSW.

Jo has a long involvement with football for women and girls, having been an administrator of the game for 23 years. She boasts a stellar career at both, local and national level within football and her insights, expertise and experience provides a fantastic opportunity to those attending this networking evening.


2020 rebel Female Football Week Networking Event

When:            6.15pm – 8.30pm, Friday 13 March 2020

Location:         Magic Park, Curley Rd & Denney St, Broadmeadow  (Entry via southern entry door of clubhouse)

Cost:                $15.00 includes entry to game, networking, speakers and light refreshments. Purchase tickets.
