Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is pleased to announce Bruce Johnstone as Football Far North Coast’s Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month for April 2017.

Bruce was nominated by Tintenbar East Ballina FC for his ongoing commitment and dedication to football over a number of years of service.

“Without volunteers such as Bruce, our sport simply would not be in the position it currently enjoys. Bruce’s contribution to Tintenbar East Ballina FC has been key to its ability to provide positive football experiences for all its members. I am pleased that NNSWF is able to thank and recognise Bruce on behalf of the sport,” NNSWF Community Football Manager Peter Haynes commented.

Newcastle Permanent Ballina Branch Lending Manager David Parker congratulates Bruce on becoming the recipient of the Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month Award.

“Newcastle Permanent’s Community Football partnership provides opportunities to recognise volunteers who give back so much to their clubs and communities. It is great to see a local being recognised for their ongoing commitment,” Parker said.

Bruce received a volunteer jacket and bag courtesy of Newcastle Permanent to assist him in continuing to fulfil his valuable role at the club.
