FFNC now confirms that 56 teams have been nominated to compete in one of the Tursa Employment and Training Anzac Day Cup or Callan McMillan Memorial Shield competitions in 2023. Of these nominations, 54 teams will be included in one of the pre-season competitions, with the number of teams shown as follows;

This is a very positive sign despite the hurdles of 2022 and football activity this year is set to rebound to levels that saw more than 7000 player participants across the Football Far North Coast region, back in 2019, when things were ‘normal’. Please spread the word that registrations are now open for season 2023 and we invite players, volunteers, coaches/team officials and match officials (note that we need many more referees) to go online to www.playfootball.com.au/register
