We highlight key mandatory conditions applicable to participation in community football in Football Far North Coast.
- Use language that is appropriate
- Promote positive culture
- Behave appropriately at ALL times
- Respect the role of match officials
- Unless you have something positive to say, then say nothing
- Recognise that penalties will be imposed in response to offences
- Let the match officials officiate
- Players should direct their energies on playing
- Coaches should lead by example and inspire players
- Spectators should watch and enjoy the game
We highlight that MORE people need to step up and become a match official and we welcome your call to ask how to get involved.
CLUBS are urged to spread the word to their members in a way that demonstrates that the club endorses a culture of appropriate behaviour.
Together, we CAN influence an environment that is inclusive and respectful.
It’s a LONG season, so let’s make EVERY moment a positive one and let’s show that we, as individuals and as a community, are committed to upholding strong values and appropriate behaviour.
