Season 2017 Ready to Start For All

April 24th, 2017

Football boots are being retrieved by almost 7000 players in readiness for the 2017 season. This weekend will see ALL ages and ALL competitions commence football for season 2017.

350 MiniRoos teams, representing the future of sport, will see players aged from 5 years of age to 11 years eagerly wanting Mums and Dads to get them to the ground on Saturday morning. The balance of approximately 300 teams for players aged 12 to senior, will also start competition and we are confident that the recent adverse weather has cleared to allow normal activity to proceed.

Football Far North Coast continues to work progressively on the draw that is not fully published to the website as yet. We will however complete this mammoth task as soon as possible and communicate with individual clubs as appropriate. For players, parents and supporters, we encourage you to refer to the Football Far North Coast website WEEKLY and follow the links to individual draws.

GOOD LUCK to all participants and enjoy your football experience. Remember, FOOTBALL IS ALL ABOUT FUN and if you score a goal or play in a winning team, that is just a BONUS.
