Tursa ANZAC Cup & Callan McMillan Finals Conclude

Lismore Thistles are celebrating after the club won both the ANZAC Cup Men’s Premier Division and Callan McMillan Memorial Shield “A” Division titles last weekend.

The Tursa Employment & Training pre-season finals were played in each of the six competitions on Saturday and Sunday at Crozier Field Lismore.

A summary of the winners is as follows;

ANZAC Cup

  • Grade 16: Alstonville FC defeated Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley FC
  • Men’s Open B: Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley FC defeated Shores United SC
  • Men’s Open A: Ballina SC defeated Lismore Thistles SC
  • Men’s Premier Division: Lismore Thistles SC defeated Bangalow SC

Callan McMillan Memorial Shield

  • “B” Division: Casino RSM Cobras FC defeated Bangalow SC
  • “A” Division: Lismore Thistles SC defeated Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley FC

Football Far North Coast congratulates each of the teams and clubs that won titles and thanks all teams and clubs that participated in these competitions.

Domestic football resumes for senior competitions on 27/28/29 April.

Junior competitive fixtures resume on 4/5/6 May.

ALDI MiniRoos start on 5th May.
