Our Community Football team is integral to developing MORE opportunities for MORE people to play football MORE often.
Our Community Football team work closely with all stakeholders in the game from Zones, clubs and volunteers, to coaches, match officials and players to deliver programs and services that ensure their football experience is a rewarding and enjoyable one.
The Roles:
The positions available cover diverse and exciting aspects of the game and are integral to continuing our successful delivery of Community Football initiatives across Northern NSW.
ALDI Miniroos Development Officer (2) (1 immediate start, 1 January start) – Work with the most enthusiastic and passionate players on the field – our ALDI MiniRoos. You’ll be on the ground helping parents, coaches and volunteers to develop players from entry level (5-7 yrs) through to 11 years, both boys and girls, whose enthusiasm for playing is hard to contain.
Female Participation Officer (Immediate start) – Female participation numbers continue to grow and you’ll be integral to maintaining and developing further growth in this area. You’ll have the opportunity to work with female participants of all ages and in areas as diverse as coaching, officiating, club administration and playing.
Newcastle Permanent Club Development Officer (January start) – With over 230 clubs across Northern NSW, you will be at the centre of clubland, working with club administrators and volunteers on the effective and efficient delivery of our game in each area.
