Each of the finals will be played at Oakes Oval, Lismore.

- Alstonville FC v Lennox Head FC
Conditions of Entry that apply will include the following:
- An open gate (i.e. zero cost) will apply on both days;
- No alcohol;
- No glass;
- No pets (unless production of assistance animal documentation);
- No smoking (or vaping)
- No public access to the field of play or change rooms
