Junior Football will kick off for season 2026 on the weekend of 1/2/3 May (Coles MiniRoos games will be scheduled for Saturday 2nd May) with players aged 5 – 16 set to take to the pitch.
Female Football continues to build locally with the FFNC region well above the national average, and more than 80 Girls-only MiniRoos teams set to participate.
We remind parents and coaches that the primary purpose of MiniRoos is participation and fun, so we urge that the focus is on ‘letting the kids play‘, rather than the pressure to score goals, win games or to be a superstar. Let’s celebrate the joy that our children and grandchildren get from kicking a ball with their friends.
Fixtures for each Coles MiniRoos pool (ages 5-11) and Junior competition (ages 12-16) will be published to the FFNC website early next week.
