The roll out of the free footballs for Players aged 5, 6 or 7 in 2024, will happen as part of Newcastle Permanent’s partnership with Northern NSW Football (NNSWF).
Newcastle Permanent has sponsored the supply of footballs annually to entry-level players aged five, six or seven since 2008. Â More than 120,000 footballs have been distributed over that period to entry level players across Northern NSW.
Free footballs complement the overall affordability of the game for entry level players, in addition to providing an added incentive for the youngest girls and boys to play football.
Registrations are anticipated to open 1st February at playfootball.com.au/register
