LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD PROGRAM 2023/24
The NSW Government Office of Sport Grant program called “Level the Playing Field Program” 2023/24 has allocated $30M to upgrade or build new sporting infrastructure.
The grant requested should be between $200,000 and $2,000,000, and not-for-profit organisations don’t need to contribute financially. However, partial financial contribution will be looked upon more favourably.
The program aims to provide equitable access to sports and recreation facilities for women, girls, people with disabilities, First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ people, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Applications will be considered until 30th November.

2023 COMMUNITY BUILDING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
The NSW Community Building Partnership Grant Program provides a maximum of $300k available per State Electorate. The grants are for community infrastructure projects such as upgrading existing infrastructure, accessibility upgrades, PA systems, etc.
A co-contribution is not required, and projects with a small contribution from their own or other sources will be considered favourably.
The importance of having current quotes and providing a detailed budget in the application is highlighted.
The application will close on October 27, 2023, at 5:00 pm. It is advisable for the clubs to communicate with their local State MP and local council to get better outcomes.
