October 4th, 2016

Lismore Workers FC will be playing their annual Brian Sharkey Memorial Charity Game – Redmen vs. Exmen, on Saturday 22nd October at Richards Oval, Lismore.

The event, which see the Lismore Workers Redmen take on a bunch of their former players known as the Exmen, is also dedicated each year towards raising money for a much needed charity. Also at this years game, Lismore Workers FC will be announcing their team of the 1980’s (one of the clubs most successful eras).

There will be raffles on the day, with Major Prizes being a Retro Liverpool Jersey signed by Ian Rush and Matt McKay’s Socceroos game shirt from the World Cup qualifier against Tajikistan, which is signed by the whole squad.

All current and former players, families, friends and supporters of football are invited to attend the event on Saturday 22nd October, with the big game set to kick off at 3pm.
